Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our creative team, focusing on crafting dynamic and engaging animations for digital channels such as mobile app stores, social media, and ad networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create animations and motion graphics for various digital channels, including mobile app stores, ad networks and social media platforms.
  • Develop video ads that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, analytics) to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for ad content.
  • Use data insights to continuously refine and optimize creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, especially for mobile advertising.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in motion design, with a portfolio showcasing video ads and animations.
  • Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere.Basic proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, especially for mobile platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset, with a creative and data-driven approach to problem-solving

Preferred experience:

  • Experience working with mobile applications.Proficiency in 3D software.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered graphic tools.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms like Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Twitter Ads.
  • Experience with scripting/automation for motion graphics and video editing workflows, focusing on asset localization.
  • Basic programming skills for asset creation automation tools (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
