Motion Designer (Brand Design Team) - (100% remote within Spain)

Role overview: 
As a Motion Designer, your primary focus will be on bringing animation skills into our team, creating captivating product animations for our websites, advertisements, and social media content. You will also work on event videos, promotional materials, and more outspoken content. Beyond animation, you'll contribute to the team by supporting graphic design tasks when needed and designing for social media, emails, paid advertising, and landing pages to ensure we deliver comms that convert. 

The ideal candidate is both highly creative and technically skilled, with a passion for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of design principles. You are an expert in industry-standard animation tools, have sharp attention to detail, and are a great team player. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create animations for various channels, including animations for our advertisements, social media, emailing, and website content.

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop animations that elevate brand storytelling and product communication, e.g. explainer videos, animations for special campaigns.

  • Create and maintain motion templates and assets for our local teams to use

  • Edit videos for events (pre and post-event)

  • Support graphic design efforts when needed by designing comms layouts and templates for social media, ads, email marketing ensuring the design is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design standards.

  • Stay current on motion design trends and implement new techniques to enhance our creative output.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts and creative ideas.

  • 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in animation software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.

  • Strong understanding of graphic design tools, such as Figma, and Adobe Suite

  • Familiarity with web animation and interaction design is a big plus (e.g., Lottie files).

  • Video editing skills with experience in creating polished, engaging content for various platforms.

  • A solid portfolio showcasing your work in both motion and graphic design.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management skills.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-player attitude.
