As a Modern Work Solution Architect you can expect to…
- Lead the design and architecture of Modern Work solutions, primarily focusing on SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams and OneDrive
- Identify opportunities for migration, optimization, and process improvement using Microsoft 365
- Define and document target processes, system integrations, and data flows, recommending best practices and industry standards to enhance business operations
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs through discovery, identify viable solutions and goals, and provide expert guidance on Microsoft-centric infrastructure solutions
- Develop scripts for PowerShell migration, SharePoint Online project templates, in addition to migrate SharePoint Project sites, structure, and content
- Establish best practices for adoption and change management, serving as a technical lead and mentor for internal project teams, guiding junior consultants and developers through solution design and best practices
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate technical concepts, progress, and recommendations effectively
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, proposal writing, and solution demos, contributing to business development efforts
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-user adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on maximizing business value
- Conduct assessments of current and to-be environments, developing migration strategies, timelines, and tasks
- Assist with any licensing discussions that include Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or Azure

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with expertise in Microsoft 365
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including expertise in Share Point migrations delivery as well as building and configuring Azure Integration workflows
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, PowerShell, Power Automate/Azure Workflows
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, optimization, and automation principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing consulting roles interacting with IT-leaders, product owners, C-level, Executive Sponsors, and business users
- Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems
- The drive and self-sufficiency to work independently, translate goals into action, own the success of your area of work, support and seek support from colleagues when needed
