We're on the lookout for a talented Moderator - Support Agent to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with customers through chat and email.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build positive relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain platform integrity by removing any inappropriate or illegal content.
- Ensure customers are following game rules and regulations.
- Become knowledgeable about our products to deliver accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient typing and computer navigation skills (minimum 25 WPM).
- Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to various personalities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook in challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and patience.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willingness to pursue goals and engage in self-improvement.
- Flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with a schedule of 40 to 44 hours per week.
