Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobility Business Process Analyst / Consultant to join our Zero-Touch Mobility (ZTM) implementation team. ZTM is a native scope application of the ServiceNow platform that won the 2024 Worldwide ‘Built-on ServiceNow Solution Partner of the Year’ Award.
As a Business Analyst / Mobility Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing Zero Touch Mobility (a mobile device lifecycle management application based on ServiceNow by Samsung SDS). You will work collaboratively with customers, sales teams, and technical developers to design workflows, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and support the successful deployment of the solution.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will span the entire implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to functional testing, documentation, training, and change management. You will also contribute to product feedback and improvement efforts, ensuring simplified deployments and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Collect and document business requirements for installing and configuring Zero Touch Mobility.
- Map existing and Design/document target workflows in collaboration with customers and sales teams.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for developers.
- Perform functional and UAT testing of the application to ensure it meets customer needs.
- Create comprehensive customer-facing documentation, including user guides and administrative manuals.
- Conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions for mobility managers, power users, and administrators.
- Support change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including proof of concepts, pilots, and full deployments.
- Provide feedback to the product team to drive product improvements and simplify deployment processes.
- Support solution consultants during RFP and customer engagement
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or mobility management.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management, lifecycle workflows, and related technologies (Enterprise Mobility platforms (EMM/UEM and EEP), Enterprise Mobility Strategies (e.g. COPE, BYOD) and service providers (Telecom Carriers)).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Project management certification a strong plus
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools.
- Basic understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified
- Project management certification
- Experience in agile project management methodologies.
