▍About this Role:
As an MLOps Engineer, your role is pivotal in automating the deployment of models within our development system. This ensures AinekoX can continually expand its gaming portfolio and global presence, elevating both the quantity and quality of our user base.
Building upon this foundation, we expect you to bring additional skills and experience to further drive the best practices in MLOps.
▍Responsibilities:
- Transform offline model data into a fully automated machine learning development system, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of models.
- Introduce the rigor and best practices of software engineering into machine learning applications, including principles such as CI/CD and automation.
- Continuously apply the latest MLOps best practices, integrating machine learning into continuous delivery and automated operational processes.
- Establish and maintain monitoring mechanisms for machine learning production systems, tracking model performance and data quality.
- Apply automation techniques to enhance the stability of production systems, effectively addressing abnormal situations.
Requirements
▍Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor's degree, with preference given to computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience in the machine learning field, with involvement in MLOps-related projects.
- Proficiency in Python, effectively applied to development and management in machine learning projects.
- Proficient use of AWS, including SageMaker, EC2, ECS, for machine learning-related tasks in a cloud environment.
- Experience using DAGs to define data pipelines through Airflow, effectively managing data processes.
- Proficient in SQL, capable of operating database systems such as TiDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, with corresponding experience in model development and optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles, capable of integrating machine learning processes into continuous delivery and automated operations.
- Proficiency in the fundamental principles of software engineering, applied to the machine learning field to enhance system stability and reliability.
▍Nice to Have:
- Big Data Environment: Experience operating and maintaining systems in large-scale data environments, particularly in scenarios dealing with substantial amounts of data.
- Other Cloud Platform Experience: Experience operating and maintaining production environments in other public cloud platforms, possessing multi-cloud implementation experience in machine learning.
- Open-source Community Participation: Contributions to open-source communities in the machine learning or related fields, demonstrating engagement with technical communities.
- Passion for Gaming: Enthusiasm for the gaming industry, understanding and meeting the specific data processing requirements in gaming.
