About the Role:
As a MIS Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our Data Management and Reporting efforts. You will be responsible for data cleansing, enrichment, and data optimization across platforms like Mindtickle, Google Sheets, Shared Drive, etc. You will be required to have excellent excel skills, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a passion for data management.
What will you do:
- Conduct updates to enrich and maintain the accuracy of data within our database
- Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy by conducting periodic data cleansing and data hygiene efforts
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Utilize Sales Enablement platforms like Mindtickle and CallAI to gather relevant data and create structured reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute data-driven projects and dashboards
- Other tasks as assigned
What are we looking for?
Must have:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in accounting, business management, computer science or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in Data Analytics is preferred
Good to have:
- Familiarity with SaaS or automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
