Vivo Energy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mining Depot Manager to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. As the Mining Depot Manager, you will :
- Ensure the depot compliance with VE HSSEQ standards.
- Ensure daily that all depot activities had been done in compliance with VE S&OP.

Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure the rigorous application of HSSE standards to all the activities of the depot.
- Manage the human resources of the depot (medical visits, rotations, leaves, absence, training, etc.).
- Ensure the strict application of the procedures in force and their regular reviews.
- Ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System as well as the updating and sharing associated files.
- Develop and monitor the maintenance schedule of the depot's equipment and facilities.
- Ensure stock management according to VEB standards.
- Support, train, and coach supervisors.
- Reconcile the depot stock in SAP daily.
- Make sure that the Gain/Loss remains within the tolerances allowed by the MOA otherwise investigate and set up a RAP.
- Actively and promptly communicate with Logistics department on truck movements.
- Ensure that the meters are certified every 6 months.
- Regular update of the depot's contingency plan, HRA and HEM (with MOM).
- Develop the schedule and conduct emergency drills with the depot staff.
- Be the front-line interlocutor of the mining client on operational aspects.

- Confirmations of receipts and sales carried out daily in accordance with the procedures.
- No abnormal discrepancies between physical and book inventory
- Minimize operating losses in the management of the depot (Losses <= tolerances)
Requirements
- Holder of an Engineering Degree or Master in Logistics, HSSE, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Driver's license older than 2 years required.
- Good proficiency in HSSE rules (VEPOM, HEMP, HRA, Emergency Plan, etc.)
- Possessed with a good sense of control.
- Honest, disciplined, precise and concise.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be physically able to work long days.
- Ability to manage conflict.
- Strong team player, ready to deliver results.
- Customer relationship skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluence in English language
