About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EU Hub 360 Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Mindshare. Reporting to an Account Director, you will be responsible for the operational activation of one or more clients, providing strategic advice on media activation and reporting, and collaborating closely with media experts.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of multi-media/omnichannel recommendations (online and offline) for assigned clients.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of competitors, including monitoring media investments and communication strategies.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of on- and off-line media strategies and recommendations based on client briefs, encompassing both global strategy and investment strategies across various media channels.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal media experts and external advertising agencies. This includes presenting research findings and participating in meetings with agencies and partners.

Client Communication: Collaborate with the Account Director to respond to client briefs, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Project Management: Manage the project lifecycle of various media activations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experiences:

Agency Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a media agency or advertiser-side role, demonstrating a strong understanding of media planning and buying processes.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as the majority of client communication will be conducted in English.
