We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency with unrivalled social media expertise. With 1,300 people in 19 offices spanning four continents, we deliver a global perspective to our clients in a time when social media is shaping culture.
We’re proud to be a multi-award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Pepsi, Meta and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date, from breaking into the metaverse to smashing records on TikTok.
As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.
The Opportunity
Do you have a passion for art direction or copywriting, and surprising advertising across different social platforms?
We’re looking for a conceptual Creative to join the team here in London. You’d be working on campaign briefs from famous brands, and answering them with engaging, social-first ideas – or ideas worth talking about, as we call them. Your ambition should be to go beyond the everyday content we see in our feeds, and make work that’s unexpected, striking and brand building. You’d be working on clients such as Starbucks, Carlsberg Group, Lucozade and First Direct, crafting memorable campaigns that cut through in a permanently online world. We also work with Adidas and Adidas Originals so if you have a passion for sport (particularly football and/or running) we have some briefs that you’d love to work on. Craft-wise, a love of advertising copy and the ability to entertain and surprise with words would be a distinct advantage.
