Middle/Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Middle/Senior Business Analyst to join our growing company. You will become the essential link between the information technology team and business staff. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Azure Cloud, Microservices Architecture, .NET 8 ASP.NET Core services, Mongo, Azure SQL, Angular 18, Kendo, GitHub Enterprise with Copilot

Requirements

  • 4 + years experience in business analysis
  • Understanding of requirements, their different types, stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management), and full software development lifecycle
  • Skills in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Background in leading and developing top-performing teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Scrum knowledge
  • Understanding the full software development lifecycle
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

English level

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
  • Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Write software functional specifications, including use cases, mockups, and diagrams
  • Prototype user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior
  • Interact with the development team to discuss and clarify the requirements during the project implementation
  • Pass specifications (User Stories) to developers, make sure they understand everything without missing details
  • Act as the main source of information about the product at all stages
