Job Description

As a contract Talent Sourcer at DevRev, you will be a vital part of our recruiting team, focusing on building and managing a robust pipeline of candidates. This role demands a proactive individual with a knack for identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound pipelines and applications, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization
  • Build and maintain LinkedIn projects to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Craft and support the development of job postings and outreach messages
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment to continuously improve our processes

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a GTM recruiting or sourcing role, preferably within the tech industry
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse
  • A passion for identifying and attracting top talent, with a keen eye for spotting potential
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly and efficiently
