  • Develop and deliver compelling messaging tailored to the needs and challenges of mid-market businesses.

3.    Qualification:

  • Assess the needs and budget of prospective clients to determine their fit for our offerings.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s pain points and requirements.

4.    Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of information and follow-up with both prospects and internal teams.

5.    Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline status using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointment-setting success.

6.    Collaboration:

  • Share feedback and best practices to improve outreach strategies and messaging.

7.    Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Use this knowledge to tailor outreach and identify new opportunities.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably targeting mid-market businesses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
