Hightouch is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to join our rapidly growing team. We’re a small team and looking for someone with at least 2 years of Corporate or Mid-Market Sales experience. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for solving problems and delighting their customers. Within our Mid-Market segment, you will be working with a wide range of companies and have the opportunity to work on strategic, complex deals. Our deals are varied and give you an opportunity to sell to many different personas, industries and use-cases. You will learn value selling skills that will allow you to grow your career into any direction you want.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 OTE (50/50 split) per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
