Mid-Level Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Creative Studio in India working on global brands in the CPG sector. Does this sound like a role you could do?

The role is based within our creative production company, Ideal Insight.

Purpose of the role: 

We continue to build a world-class creative hub specialising in Graphic Design, Motion Graphic Design and Visual Communications. You will work across our family of companies, producing great design work.  

An average day could be... 

• Using creative software suites to generate illustrations, layouts and designs 
• Generating drafts and mock-ups of proposed designs for the teams to review and make revisions as requested 
• Liaising with clients/internal teams and developing from their concepts 
• Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative 
• Designing visual language for marketing campaigns 
• Working as part of a broader production team, which might include liaising with printers 
• Leveraging Gen AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of outputs 

Requirements

You’ll know you’re right if…. 

• You have around 3-5 years’ experience plus in designs studios or freelance  
• You have a creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense. 
• You can solve complex technical briefs through impactful design. 
• You have a rich and varied history of flexible design output - show us your depth of experience. 
• You have experience in delivering design elements and/or whole projects from brief to delivery. 
• You have the ability to grasp client needs and consider most suitable solutions. 
• You can confidently and passionately present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues. 
• You have the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. 
• You are proactive and self-motivated - you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight. 
• You have the ability to balance work across several projects at a time. 
• You have a background of working well as part of a wider creative design team. 
• You have a full and fluent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. 
• You enjoy staying up-to-date with design trends in Europe/US 
• Production of motion graphics and animations experience is advantageous.
