As Receivable Reconciliation Analyst, your mission will be responsible for controlling, reconciling, and resolving operational issues related to the EBANX partners processors worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, working with a huge numbers of data and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also be responsible for:

Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies;
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues;
- Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues;
- Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System;
- Develop new ways of working according to the new operations.
Main requirements for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in receivable reconciliation or similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
- Knowledge of EBANX partners processors and payment systems is a plus;
- Spanish Skills.
