As a Product Owner, your mission will be to ensure that the squad delivers efficient monitoring solutions, using agile methods to optimize processes, meet deadlines, and guarantee assertive deliveries, always based on performance indicators and aligned with the 2025 roadmap.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with the company's objectives, managing the backlog, prioritizing demands, and promoting alignment between stakeholders. You will also ensure deadlines are met and agile ceremonies are executed, always seeking improvements in processes and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the backlog
  • Building and maintaining the 2025 delivery roadmap
  • Ensuring deadlines and quality are met
  • Facilitating alignment between stakeholders
  • Ensuring the execution of agile ceremonies within the squad
  • Making data-driven decisions
  • Continuously monitoring progress and mitigating risks
  • Proposing improvements, and staying on top of market trends.
  • Generate reports and monitor operational and strategic indicators

Key Requirements for This Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or in related roles, especially in payment solutions or fintechs.
  • Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in planning and managing roadmaps.
  • Ability to work with KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with business monitoring tools and performance indicator analysis.
  • Advanced English.

Differentials:

  • CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in business monitoring squads.
  • Knowledge of the payment industry and its trends.
