In this role, you will be involved in:
- Design, implementation, optimization, and support of complex IT systems based on Microsoft technologies
- Remote administration as well as maintenance of customer’s IT infrastructure
- Remote operational support of big customer’s organization handling day to day activities
- Maintenance - Resolution - Case investigation
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.
- University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role in Windows Server Operating Systems & Microsoft Technologies
- Knowledge of building and troubleshooting supporting services (DNS–DHCP-CA)
- Experience with System Center (SCVMM - SCOM - SCCM - SCSM) will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of Active Directory & GPOs in large environments
- Knowledge of Hypervisor architecture, maintenance and operation
- Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, or other tool
- Azure Cloud computing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Effective communication & collaboration - team leadership skills
- Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
