- Be responsible for managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications
- Manage and perform the following tasks throughout the project course including: Scope and Change Management , Resource, Time, and Cost Management , Communication , Risk and Issue Management , Project Tracking and Control
- When necessary, participate in discovery sessions to gather requirements from project stakeholders
- Facilitate timely communication
- Work closely with clients and project team to understand business requirements to and ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools related to Dynamics CRM implementation and support
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Project Management best practices including the creation of reusable assets, internal knowledge repositories, and team resources

- Handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Understanding change management
- Managing project scope, budget, and resources effectively
- Prioritizing tasks and proactively communicating project status, issues, commitments, and risks to project team and clients on a regular basis
- Working in a highly collaborative team environment
- Building relationships with clients and partners through responsiveness, professional communication, and empathetic listening
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, highlighting or escalating concerns to the appropriate resource to keep project on time, on budget, and delivering to the client’s needs
Requirements
- 4+ years of D365 for Customer Engagement implementation experience
- 4+ years of managing small to large Dynamics CRM projects and development teams
- Previous experience in a Consultant or PM role for a D365CE implementation
- Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
- Strong understanding of business processes/business process analysis
- Working experience or knowledge of LCS and or VSTS
- PMP certification is highly desirable
