Summary of Responsibilities:
- Act as the contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Coordinate and execute the planning and delivery of MICE and wedding experiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation arrangements, and other services.
- Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial transactions.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and other related documents in both English and Mandarin.
- Provide on-site event supervision and support.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
