MICE & Wedding Experience Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaking) | AYANA BALI

We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Act as the contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate and execute the planning and delivery of MICE and wedding experiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation arrangements, and other services.
  • Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial transactions.
  • Prepare event proposals, contracts, and other related documents in both English and Mandarin.
  • Provide on-site event supervision and support.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.

Requirements

  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
