For one of our teams based in Heidelberg we are currently looking to hire a Scientist with a focus on GMP, and to support technical and Analytical tasks. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for analytical investigations and problem solving activities
- Performance of classical ELISA methods: ELISA, HCP ELISA, Protein A ELISA, Potency ELISA, Binding ELISA
- Performance of Glycan analysis methods and Nucleic acid analysis methods
- Writing of analytical documents linked to the method validation
- Support of Validation / qualification of analytical equipment.
- Knowledge of HPLC and chromatography methods
- Writing of analytical documents like method validation protocols and reports for standard analytical methods in English
- Ensuring that clients requirements are fully met.
- Bachelor / Master degree or PhD in analytical or pharmaceutical science or biochemistry/ food chemistry.
- 3+ years’ experience in a laboratory environment
- Must understand the Elisa and HPLC methods
- Proven experience in analytical methods
- Professional Experience in working on GMP.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical and/or laboratory operations (spectrophotometers, electrophoresis equipment, ELISA plate readers, and other laboratory equipment (incl. documentation, validation plans, SOPs)
- Proactive, Independent, Good planning, Organisational and trouble shooting skills.
