Merchant Success Manager

But who are you? You are a social butterfly. You know everyone by name and what sports their kids are playing. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships with different types of people. After all, what's life without people. You are the talk-your-ear-off kind of guy or gal but also know how important it can be to listen and be someone’s sounding board.

 

What you will do:

  • Build merchant engagement through coaching and selling the value of the Xeno platform
  • Develop and maintain strong rapport with existing and new merchants: Develop relationships with loyal clients:
  • Constantly refine merchant processes to help them get the best return from Xeno
  • Design marketing campaigns for your merchants to help them maximize the value of Xeno
  • Be empathetic, patient, and have a genuine interest in empowering and supporting others: Ensure clients’ demands to be satisfied
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and social intelligence, especially while meeting the business owners
  • Be a hyper-organized self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Be flexible and excited about adapting to new situations, responsibilities, and an ever-changing startup environment

Required Experience:

What you need:

  • Education: Graduate in any domain
  • 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-managed and highly motivated
  • Very-organized and detail-oriented
  • Be flexible and excited about adapting to new situations, responsibilities, and an ever-changing startup environment
  • Ability to upsell to existing customer accounts based on client’s needs
  • Past startup experience is a big plus!
