Role background
As we are growing rapidly, we are recruiting a Merchant Specialist to support our restaurant partners and ensure the best possible partnership along their journey with Wolt. You will act as a key communicator between our operations team and partners to ensure optimal success. As well as defining and shaping our restaurant support to take it to new heights.
What you’ll be doing
- Successfully handle support for merchant partners on the Wolt platform, and ensuring optimal operational performance.
- Ensuring our portfolio of merchants reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
- Developing our restaurant and retail merchants and their businesses based on data, with the goal of creating long lasting partnerships.
- Providing important data to our teams.
- Proactively helping merchants to improve their performance.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Fluent in Slovak and English is a must
- Ability to use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, especially logic and search functions
- A thorough and organized person with an eye for detail who always completes tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people and restaurant partners
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
