Merchant Photo Associate (Fixed term)

As a Merchant Photo Associate you will primarily be working with restaurant partners, and your role will be focused on closing a photo gap in the Wolt platform. You will act as a key communicator, coordinator, problem-solver and play a big role in obtaining higher photo coverage on the Wolt platform. In order to achieve this, you will primarily be working with our technical ‘self-service’ tooling and our photobank, but you will also be communicating with merchant partners on the phone, arranging, coordinating and planning photoshoots, as well as uploading the photos to our platform. It’s all about convincing our restaurant partners that photos are great - and that it should be something we prioritize in our collaboration!

Your role will be responsible for everything photo-related, and you will become an important part of the Merchant Operations Team, where we are ultimately focused on providing best-in-class service and support to ensure long-lasting partnerships. You will be the person in charge when it comes to images and in continuation also be heavily involved in creating and defining best practices, identifying the best way forward while continuously maintaining a high standard in your own work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with our self-service photo tool as the main driver for increasing our photo coverage, as well as assisting our restaurant partners with using our tools.

• Uploading photos to our platform in order to maintain and ultimately work towards higher photo coverage as the main goal.

• Convincing our merchant partners that photos are great, planning photoshoots across Denmark for our key partners, and uploading the finished images to our platform.

• Maintaining and adding to our world class photobank of common dishes.

• Communicating with our external photo partners as well as internal stakeholders in the Merchant Team.

• Play a big role in imaging as the main responsible individual, and help define further goals along the way.

• Creating, defining and sharing best practices amongst the team, challenging the status quo.

• Fluency in Danish and English
• Tech-savvy self-starter with a ''can-do'' attitude.
• Ability to organize your own work week, prioritize your tasks, work independently and keep a high pace as the key player, when it comes to photos.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience.
• Experience in support, administration, planning, coordination, sales or similar roles is a plus.
• Experience with written and verbal communication, as well as being comfortable talking on the phone is a plus
• Curious about how things work and how to optimize partner and user experience, as well as internal workflows.
