The Restaurant Associate (RA) works in close cooperation with the Restaurant Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant partners maximise their opportunity for success.
The Restaurant Associate is responsible for assisting our restaurant partners in onboarding the venues, ensuring their menus are updated on the platform and offering general day-to-day support.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Onboarding venues into Wolt’s platform. This includes photography, menu, POS integration, translation and training.
- Managing ongoing improvements to restaurant partner menus on the platform.
- Using data to proactively contact restaurant partners in order to improve their performance, while also assisting our Support team in handling restaurant more complex partner support tickets.
- Working alongside our Marketing team and restaurant partners to assist with value-added marketing campaigns to increase restaurant orders.
- Assisting the Restaurant team with other ad-hoc tasks
- Solid experience from a previous support, administration, or account management role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Experience from within the restaurant industry is a plus.
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
- Self-starter with a passion for food.
- Fluent in Slovak and English.
- Driving licence is mandatory
