Merchandising Coordinator

 Job Description

We are seeking a talented, driven Merchandising Coordinator with a strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Associate Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Snapfish Global Merchandising team. Responsibilities include content management of the site, general site merchandising, product reviews ownership, and managing promo codes including requests, T&Cs, and QCing at various points in the promo code creation process. Candidates with experience in merchandising/category management at a consumer ecommerce company are strongly preferred.

• Implement assets for seasonal changes, occasion changes, and pricing/promotion changes (for home page, category pages, and other relevant pages)
• Support general site merchandising requests
• Support marketing channel landing page development

• Fill out coupon request form with information from promotional calendar (e.g., discount rate, products included)
• Update T&Cs for promotions
• Test promo codes to ensure functionality
• QC promos in emails and other assets as needed to ensure flawless execution (e.g., code, promo, expiration dates, spelling)

• Read all new customer reviews 1-2x a week
• Respond to customer reviews in line with team strategy; work with Customer Service to resolve issues
• Pull together monthly report that summarizes review trends and opportunities the team can explore

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Merchandising field as an Assistant or Associate level
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter and highly motivated, capable of balancing multiple priorities
• Excel, PPT experience required
• Basic HTML a plus
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), and product catalogs
• BA/BS degree in merchandising, business, or related fields
