Merchandising Assistant

About the team
The Merchandising Executive will play a significant role in supporting the Merchandising team drive sales and conversion, by creating a best-in-class customer experience on the app. This is a fully outsourced role and the initial contract will be 1 year. 
 

What you'll do

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the all campaigns on the app, according to the merchandising and marketing calendar
  • Overseeing and managing the execution for the in-app campaigns on Quik Home Page including all assets such as banners, and campaign landing pages
  • Ensure all discounts and promotions are visible to the customer on the app according to the campaigns
  • Audit and review the app real estate on a daily basis, and build a structure for merchandising audit
  • Strive to understand the customer experience of the app and make suggestions for improvement where applicable
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CM, product, catalogue, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and consistency
  • Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact
  • Overcome challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness, whilst maximising user conversion
What you'll need
  • Successful candidates will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on excellence and customer centricity, and a strong alignment with our core values and purpose.
  • 3+ years of experience in an FMCG, marketing, or media agency. E-commerce experience is
    a plus.
  • Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management.
  • Proven track record of delivering against targets. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross functionally.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with analysing datasets and delivering actionable insight.
