ChildServe is growing, and we seek a Mental Health Therapy Team Lead (Supervisor) to help coordinate psychology and mental health therapy services and provide direct therapy services to clients.

As a non-profit organization, we also participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

What You'll Do
-
Supervise the team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Manages the productivity, clinical caseload size, and case mix for direct reports.
- Maintain a direct client caseload and productivity reflective of supervision load and team size and set a strong clinical example for the department.
- Administer appropriate standardized tests/screenings/assessments/ clinical interventions. Provide appropriate recommendations, referrals, and/or follow-up for each case.
- Provide clinical observations and clinical chart audits for direct reports

Ensures all program providers and interns meet state and payer supervision and treatment requirements.

Reviews and signs off on all documentation completed by provisionally licensed direct reports and intern team members.

Engage in program and project development and implementation activities to support the advancement of clinical programming.

Demonstrates strong collaboration and community building skills when working with other departments.
What You'll Need
- Master’s degree in related behavioral health field from an accredited educational institution.
- Three years post senior-level behavioral health license (LISW, LMHC, LMFT or PsyD).
- Experience in pediatric practice.
- Clinical Supervision Course completion before hire or eligible within three months of employment.

Eligibility to supervise provisionally licensed staff toward advanced licensure
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing and speaking the English language.
