How will this role have an impact?
Under the supervision of the Member Services Manager, the Member Services Assistant provides follow-up calls and mailings to members regarding previous appointments; Conducts surveys post IHE Assessment, fills requests of members, and answers a high volume of internal calls. Creating Internal requests for further follow up, upon request. The Member Services Assistant is responsible for adding accurate notes for future follow-up by Signify health and/or Health Plans. Works diligently to meet department goals.
Schedule: The Signify Health Member Services department operates 7 days a week / 11 hours per day. This position will run Tuesday through Friday 9:30am-6pm and Saturday 8-4:30 Central Time. There is a 30 minute lunch break.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $15.00/HR to $17.50/HR. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
