As Anchorage Digital’s Member of Corporate Planning, Salesforce Programs, you are responsible for designing and implementing firmwide go-to-market operational processes, supporting product ownership of the firm’s supportive go-to-market systems including in particular Salesforce, and providing program management expertise in routine business requirements’ intake, solutioning, prioritization, delivery, and results’ reporting. You are capable of independently owning your sales operations deliverables, identifying within go-to-market activities the highest-impact challenges to solve, setting the right course of action and clear goals, organizing your work, and holding yourself and teammates accountable for challenges of material difficulty and scope.
You are aware of Anchorage Digital’s strategy in order to guarantee its successful implementation within the firm’s go-to-market teams, pursuant to your deliberate planning and goal-setting within the team. You are a well-rounded sales operations program management professional with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to significantly contribute to medium-to-large program development efforts in connection with go-to-market process enhancements, and to the culture within Anchorage Digital.

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge in what constitutes sound and effective management of firmwide sales processes and programs, with a strong understanding of Salesforce and related sprint-planning processes.
- Demonstrate broad experience in traditional go-to-market activities, using in-depth professional concepts, knowledge, insights and Anchorage’s objectives to develop, apply and resolve complex problems in creative and effective ways, contributing significantly to both go-to-market effectiveness and culture.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Support day-to-day program management in connection with Salesforce, including by way of periodic program management rituals.
- Work closely with go-to-market-, legal team-, and finance team-management to identify high-impact opportunities within go-to-market and related processes.
- Develop and drive adoption in connection with departmental go-to-market policies and procedures in connection with the use of Salesforce and the sales programs that it supports.
- Support consistent use of Salesforce firmwide including by way of consistent representation of sales operations business requirements, and provide for consistent efforts to ensure Salesforce data integrity.
- Design and administer effective Salesforce reporting to surface and oversee identified data quality issues, track Salesforce enhancement progress, and support periodic go-to-market planning activities.
- Provide ad hoc support for go-to-market sales initiatives.

- Are aware of the strategy of Anchorage Digital, the top company objectives expressing that strategy, and the main efforts underway to guarantee its successful implementation.
- Monitor the development of the company objectives and/or trends that may affect Anchorage Digital’s capacity to succeed.

- Help team members understand the strategic goals of Anchorage and how their work relates to these. Effectively communicate strategy, rationale, and progress within the team and to external stakeholders.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and systems design.
- Experience in maturing sales programs and supportive systems within a fast paced technology company.
- Experience developing data quality assurance tooling to measure and monitor key performance indicators to ensure that go-to-market teams are executing effectively on asserted targets.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
