Manage and oversee the installation and commissioning of our heat pump installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and installers, promoting a culture of excellence.
Conduct regular maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
Work closely with the Country Manager and Head of Operations to set up our operational team.
Implement and oversee risk assessments and safety plans, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
