Responsibilities:
- You will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve any issues, answer questions, and offering guidance on best practices and solutions.
- Leading the onboarding process for new clients, including training clinical staff on the use of our products and services to ensure successful implementation and integration into their workflows.
- You’ll be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical professionals in understanding their needs, goals, and challenges then proactively addressing these concerns and identifying opportunities in enhancing client satisfaction and product utilization.
- Utilizing your nursing and clinical research background in providing insights and recommendations to clients on how to optimize the use of our solutions in their specific clinical settings.
- Collect and analyze client feedback in identifying areas for product and service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Majors in Nursing, Public Health, Digital Health Regulatory Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in working in a Clinical Pathology setting, or Hospitals.
- Hungry start-up attitude with a get it done attitude.
