Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Approach the hospital doctors, clinic representatives and others to introduce Santen’s products in assigned territories 
  • Consult to the doctors about company products’ advantages in order doctor understands clearly and deeply about our product to decide on treatment to patients.
  • Regularly visit doctors to remind them on our products.
  • Collect the production information from market as well as doctor’s comments on products to report periodically or timely to regional manager.
  • Follow up the company tender to update on time about the news, progress and the result if any.
  • Support the company to implement the marketing strategy, conference, or new product launch event…
  • Other assigned works from upper levels if any.

 

1. Qualification

  • University Pharmacist or Medical Doctor
  • More than 1 experience working years in same field
  • Active and external manner
  • Like to learn something new, proactive and independent work spirit to archive the given sale targets
  • Clear career’s objectives and job’s orientation
  • Able to go business trip

2. Skill(s)

  • Excellent in negotiation and approaching market/
  • Presentation skill
  • Work under high pressure
  • Good at the computer as work required
