Medical Assistant $3500 Sign On Bonus

Chest Medicine Associates is seeking multiple Medical Assistants, to be based in the South Portland office.
Requirements of the Medical Assistant:
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Prior experience in patient care and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in anatomy and physiology knowledge.
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Experience providing medical administrative support in a clinical setting.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess superb organizational skills.

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant:
- Address incoming patient calls and portal messages.
- Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information.
- Completes forms and processes prior authorizations.
- Provide exceptional patient services and ensure patient comfort.
- Offer medical administrative support including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
