Working hours: Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 – 37.5 hours per week.
Location: Bracknell

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the busy ADHD inbox is maintained and emails are answered with the SLA of 24 hours.
  • Receiving inbound calls from ADHD patients.

Tasks: not exhausted to this list.

  • To ensure the inbox is monitored and emails responded to in a timely manner.
  • Offering support to Clinical staff.
  • Liaising with GP’s and pharmacies in a professional manner.
  • Preparing documents to send to patients and GP’s.
  • Answer in bound calls within the SLA.
  • Checking future appointments to ensure relevant documents are ready.
  • To be pro-active in the development of good relations within the team, including Clinicians.
  • To support with all business-related activity when required.

Key skills:

  • Extremely strong communication and written skills.
  • Proficient using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Flexibility when it comes to daily tasks.
  • High level of accuracy, organisation & attention to detail.
  • Be patient and compassionate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a busy team.
  • Confident in dealing with difficult and challenging situations.
  • Compassion and understanding for dealing with patients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Knowledgeable on Consent and GDPR.
  • Professional communication skills with Clinicians reflecting HealthHero as a highly professional and competent organisation that delivers an excellent service.
  • Teamwork – to be able to effectively use people skills to be approachable, supportive, caring and communicative to effectively achieve the organisation objectives.
  • Problem solving – to use initiative to deal with problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Planning and organising to prioritise your tasks and deliver them in a structured and effective manner.
  • Self-management – to recognise when you need further training or need performance feedback to improve in your role and then arrange the actions necessary for this with your line manager.
  • Professional communication skills with all senior management and stakeholders
