Media Supervisor

We are in search of a Media Supervisor who is responsible for leading McDonald’s Happy Meal campaigns and co-lead multicultural relevance go-to-market approach.  This role serves as media agency oversight which includes but is not limited to: overseeing kid marketplace activation, challenging the agencies with new ways of thinking, and guiding our strategic media approach. This role partners with the national US Marketing Team and agencies deliver results that drive the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day implementation and stewardship of national media strategies for our Happy Meal and specific targeted brand initiatives
  • Partner with internal leads across subject areas to effectively translate business challenges into briefs for agency partners
  • Guide agency on campaign development and execution, translating business outcomes identified in the brief to audiences, moments and environments (places & spaces) reachable through paid media
  • Oversee implementation of campaigns and identify areas for optimization based on changing marketplace and business dynamics
  • Proactively use ROMI and other attribution measurement to advance the efficacy of media & marketing approaches

Systems Management

  • Serve as competitive lead for team, feeding information into regular business updates such as QBRs and operator meetings
  • Lead reporting and auditing needs for regular monitoring
  • People/Relationship Engagement
  • Build and manage collaborative relationships with marketing peers, national agencies, media vendors and owner operators
  • Partner with cross functional teams in the analysis of new opportunities
  • Experience in media/digital advertising
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Strong knowledge of media/marketing digital activation, kids marketplace and measurement providers
  • Data-obsessed and passion for strategic application
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Proven ability to manage 3rd party resources
  • Hard-working, efficient, timely, organized, accurate
