About the role / Some of the things we’d like you to do  
  • Develop media plan and innovations for the client, in line with their business and marketing goals.
  • Able to lead strategic conversations on media and communication planning, have a strong understanding of cross channel media strategy. Provide media planning recommendations on your set of brands, driving best practice to ensure an integrated communication for the certain category.  
  • Act as a senior level contact on all campaign related operations & executions across relevant platforms internally and externally.  
  • Excellent project management ability, able to lead and coordinate an international team force to deliver campaign with high quality and on time.   
  • Execute, track, and optimize campaign performance of planned media campaigns. Across digital, social, and offline media.  
  • Design each campaign’s measurement plan, media learning agenda, and in/post campaign review report.  
  • Be responsible for the planning team coaching, career development, and role progression.
      
About yourself / Requirements  
  • Minimum 7-9 Years of experience handling media planning, both digital and traditional media. 
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and digital savvy.  
  • Enthusiastic at embracing data, media solution, and AI technology.
  • Able to work independently, multitasking, and collaboratively. 
  • Strong ownership, ability of driving project progression, and sense of urgency for deadlines.  
  • Fluent English in business occasions.   
  • Understanding of the Taiwan market media ecosystem & business landscape.
  • Experience in handling international brands in top agencies is preferred.
