Revive Media is looking for a self-motivated Media Operations Manager to join our team.

As Media Operations Manager, you are passionate about being a DSP platform expert understanding business drivers that improve campaign performance. You strive to execute perfectly on the DSP by building intuitive, but robust campaigns with proficiency while maintaining speed and quality. You love improving workflows and processes and finding ways to leverage technology in doing so.

Saving 5 minutes per task, and enabling your team to save time as well, makes you unnecessarily giddy. You are also a master of optimizations, obsessed with tinkering and pulling levers to deliver campaigns in full or towards client KPIs while identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue by aligning Amazon products with client goals. You also build close internal relationships with Strategy to deliver the best customer service and Product to innovate on new ways to automate redundant processes.

Requirements

  • Become an Amazon DSP expert
  • Be the key player in campaign execution, ad-serving, mid and post campaign optimization and analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and quarterly business planning
  • Service clients' day to day needs to ensure expected delivery and client satisfaction
  • Support the development of campaign media plans that meet client objectives
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations
  • Provide excellent customer service for partners, clients, and internal business teams
  • Work with Revive to improve workflow and processes to scale services
  • Build relationships with Amazon representatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital advertising and client facing roles, specifically within a DSP
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, hitting SLAs, and impeccable execution of campaigns for clients
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Understanding of digital media ad serving, technology, and associated terminology
  • Improve processes that scale broadly, while inventing and simplifying within existing processes
  • Motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who can consistently strive to exceed expectations
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong data analysis abilities, specifically in Microsoft Excel (Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions) to assess performance drivers
  • Ability to legally work in the United States

Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected annual base pay for this role is $85k-$110k + quarterly bonus. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees and does not include equity and variable pay.
