Role Summary
We are looking for a Media Buying Project Lead to support our CMO and media buying team, ensuring our paid advertising initiatives stay on track and meet performance goals. This role will be the key organizational force behind our ad campaigns, working closely with media buyers to coordinate projects, maintain platform-specific timelines, and troubleshoot operational challenges that come with high-volume digital marketing. This senior-level position requires a well-rounded knowledge of major advertising platforms and excellent project management skills, blending creativity with technical oversight to drive efficiency and performance across all paid channels.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Coordinating project milestones with the media buying team to align campaign objectives with execution timelines.
- Tracking progress on campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and YouTube, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals.
- Facilitating meetings and communications to streamline updates, troubleshoot issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Managing team schedules to optimize productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborating with CMO and team leads to create clear, actionable workflows for campaign launches.
- Supporting team morale and resolving challenges to help the media buying team stay motivated and focused under high-pressure conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Lead project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure cross-platform alignment on objectives and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for media buyers, CMO, and external partners, relaying crucial updates and facilitating alignment on priorities.
- Platform-Specific Management: Understand the nuances of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok), and help team members adjust processes as needed to fit the unique requirements of each.
- Campaign Oversight: Regularly check on campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable adjustments to enhance ROI.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges in the media buying workflow, implement solutions, and support the team through problem-solving.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date performance reports on active campaigns, deliver insights for optimization, and communicate results to the CMO.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in a digital advertising or media buying setting, with a proven record of successful campaign coordination.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of key advertising platforms, including Google, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with analytics tools and familiarity with performance metrics for paid media campaigns.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and the emotional intelligence needed to support and motivate a team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills to derive insights and communicate findings effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities to maintain a fast-paced, deadline-driven workflow.

Salary: €3,000 - €3,800 gross per month (based on experience)
