Media Buyer/Paid Media Specialist

  • Launches and executes new ad campaigns in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, X Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and more
  • Monitors campaign statistics and proactively investigates traffic drops
  • Tracks conversions and installs base codes through GTM
  • Collects and analyzes data effectively and executes data-driven optimization in line with KPIs
  • Generates comprehensive reports about campaign statistics, conversions, and revenue through in-house analytics platforms and GA4, using Excel or PowerBI
  • Executes media plans effectively
  • Plans expenses and manages budgets accordingly, creates budget forecasts
  • Liaises with the Production team for the creation of assets that will be used on channels
  • Writes sales-focused and effective ad copy for a variety of paid media platforms and channels
  • Seeks out and analyses new media offers, negotiates with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online advertising
  • Monitors the market for trends, opportunities, and uses that information to propose new ideas to the Line Manager to test new concepts and try new sources
  • Represents the Company and its Products at conferences and fares
  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising and PPC
  • Proficiency in managing large-scale campaigns, with a paid social focus
  • Excellent knowledge in paid social media advertising and in-side-out knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, X Ads Manager
  • Good knowledge of PPC campaign management platforms
  • Data-driven mindset in data analysis, reports generation, and providing insights from the data (usage of internal tracking tools, GTM, Facebook CAPI, Google Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends and innovations in traffic industry
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and organized: dedication to managing detailed information to ensure error free work and streamlined communications to management
  • Multi-tasking: ability to handle multiple projects at once and manage shifting priorities on a daily basis
  • Strong communication skills: ability to discuss recommendations and explain rationale both verbally and in written documents
  • Forward thinking: ability to use foresight to anticipate questions, problems, and obstacles
  • Strong problem-solving skills: identify problems, analyze solutions, and decide on best course of action
  • High level of proactivity
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Discretion and treating confidential information appropriately is a must
  • An excellent level of English: C2 or a native speaker
