Summary
The responsibilities of this position include planning, scheduling and estimating maintenance work for mechanical equipment. Duties also include the procurement planning of mechanical spare part.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Plan, schedule, estimate and/or coordinate maintenance work. Prioritize work and determine preventive maintenance schedule for mechanical equipment’s.
- Supervise and/or provide lead direction to assigned staff.
- Purchase materials, tools and equipment. Develop specifications for procurement of goods, materials and equipment.
- Estimate and determine labor and material requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate work requirements for equipment’s.
- Coordinate maintenance and revisions to automated management information system use and operation.
- Coordinate maintenance work performed by external contractors.
- Prepare alternative maintenance strategies to assist management in determining maintenance program goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience (management & technical) in electrical equipment’s operation and maintenance, engineering, process control and reliability in a manufacturing facility.
- Experience using AutoCAD and MS Office is required.
- Experience using Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) SAP preferably
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineer
