Mechanical Fitter

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment across the facility.
• Install, align, and troubleshoot mechanical components as per engineering specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of machinery.
• Use hand and power tools to carry out repairs and modifications on equipment.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on machinery performance.
• Adhere to company safety regulations and best practices at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to mechanical maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
