1. AERONAUTICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Participate in the aircraft design and development of state-of-the-art defense products and Unmanned Systems (UAS).
- Involve in the development of defense projects encompassing the complete development cycle from system requirements specification, safety & airworthiness, conceptual, preliminary, detailed design and analysis, technical data package, prototype development, integration, prototype testing and installation, CFD & thermal simulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor/University Degree or MSc in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering on a closely relevant technical area.
- Proven working experience of more than 2 years in aerodynamic design of fixed wing aircraft development projects or equivalent aerodynamic performance of platforms.
- Strong knowledge in all 3 Aircraft Aerodynamic Design Phases using one or more of the methodologies by Raymer, Roskam, Anderson and/or Sadraey.
- Good knowledge in fixed wing aircraft Stability using the DATCOM methodology.
- Knowledge of Blended Wing Body/Flying Wing platform design.
- Good knowledge in Aircraft avionics, sensors and subsystems.
- Proficient with CFD analyses of external airflow and Thermal Simulations of open and closed Systems.
- Good knowledge of mechanical drawing rules.
Desired:
- Knowledge in Aero-elasticity, Frequency Response of components & systems using FEA.
- Knowledge and experience of composite material manufacturing processes and the constraints they impose on the design and the molds.
- Previous experience on detailed design of aircraft subsystems (EWIS, LG, Power plant, Fuel system etc.).
- Knowledge of safety and airworthiness certification based on the EASA CS-22, CS-23 and/or STANAG 4671 codes.
- Experience with the design of variable geometry fixed wing UAVs and their subsystems.
- Knowledge and understanding of the entire product development process.
- Work experience with SIEMENS NX CAD/ FEA/CFD tool.

2. SENIOR MECHANICAL DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Participate in the mechanical design and development of state-of-the-art defense products.
- Involve in the development of defense projects encompassing the complete development cycle from system requirements specification, design, analysis, technical data package, prototype development, integration, prototype testing and installation, safety requirements, manufacturing processes, structural, thermal & CFD simulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor/University Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related disciplines.
- At least five (5) years of proven working experience in design and development projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of the entire product development process.
- Materials, tooling & fabrication processes principles.
- Linear & Non-Linear Static and Dynamic Structural, Frequency Response, and Durability Analysis and Simulations of components & systems using FEA.
- Proficient with CFD analyses of airflow, Thermal Simulations of Electronic Systems, and Techniques for Thermal Management of Electronics.
- Good knowledge of mechanical drawing rules and GD&T principles.
Desired:
- Knowledge and experience of various manufacturing processes and the constraints they impose on the design.
- Previous experience on detailed mechanical design of military products & systems.
- Knowledge of MIL Stds, Ergonomic Design, and Product Safety requirements.
- Familiar with the welding process & welders qualification process, International and European Welding Stds EN ISO 3834, as well as with Visual & NDT testing of weldments.
- Work experience with SIEMENS NX CAD/CAE tool.

3. MECHANICAL APPLICATION ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Participate in the mechanical design, development and integration of state-of-the-art defense products.
- Involve in the development of Defense Hybrid Power Systems, with a focus on Diesel Generator Sets, encompassing the complete development cycle from system requirements specification, design, analysis, technical data package, prototype development, integration, prototype testing and installation, field trials, safety requirements and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor/Technical University/School Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven working (including hands-on) experience of several years in setup, sizing, maintenance, integration, and commissioning of Diesel Engine Generators.
- Knowledge and understanding of the entire Diesel Engine-Alternator coupling, control and functions both for VAC and VDC outputs.
- Working knowledge of relevant materials, tooling & fabrication process principles.
- Good understanding of mechanical drawing rules.
Desired:
- Knowledge and experience of relevant manufacturing processes and the constraints they impose on the design.
- Knowledge of MIL Stds, Ergonomic Design, and Product Safety requirements (DIN ISO 8528, EC Directives etc).
- Work experience with CAD/CAE tools.
