ABOUT THE POSITION Technical Design Engineer at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping our products by interpreting detailed design blueprints, selecting appropriate mechanical solutions, and ensuring precise tolerance integration for optimized performance. By leveraging your expertise in mechanical structures, flexible mechanisms, sealing technologies and casting processes, you’ll help us streamline our development cycle and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead innovative mechanical design initiatives to optimize BURGA’s product development that resonate with our global audience. - Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, all driven by a shared love for fashion and creativity. - Interpret design blueprints and select optimal mechanical solutions, integrating critical tolerances for seamless assembly. - Conduct virtual simulations and analyses to identify and solve design challenges, ensuring durability and efficiency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - A strong background in mechanical design, with expertise in flexible mechanisms, sealing technologies and casting processes; - Proficiency in simulation software and a deep understanding of tolerance integration and mechanical performance; - A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in mechanical systems and product development; - A track record of successfully bringing mechanical components and systems from concept to production, ensuring high performance and quality standards; SALARY: 3000-3800 EUR/Month GROSS.
