- Develop HCU/components
- Tolerance design/calculation
- Develop customized parts according to OEM requirement.
- Support MK Cx base development activities.
- Create design documents for H(E)CU and components develop according to schedule, including drawings, part lists, specifications, etc.
- Review component drawing, specification and other related document to support localization
- Explain technical problem to supplier during production, remote or on site
- Explain technical problem to supplier during sourcing, remote or on site
- Review supplier test report and other technical document
- Technical interface between FFM and supplier
- Summarize localization status on technical side
- Plan and order prototype for test
- Check test plan and result
- Act as interface to customer on mechanical
- Participate IPT meeting as mechanical engineer
- Prepare system release documents
- Support product industrialization
- At least Bachelor Degree major in automobile or mechanical
- Know of the structure and theory of the automobile, brake systems and the EBS System
- Knowledge of MCAD, especially Catia V5.
- Mechanical development experiences 3 years at least
