The ideal candidates will be expected to demonstrate insights and performance track records backed by sound educational qualification and relevant business and operational experience in a leading Microfinance Bank.
Job Profile
To manage the strategic, tactical, and operational activities of the branch to ensure sustainable profitability and social impact.
Lead customer acquisition and management by driving positive customer experience
Ensure fidelity to extant policies, controls, and regulations
Provide quality leadership to the branch team.
Prepare and present performance reports covering all aspect of the branch at regular interval
Key Performance IndicatorsSuccessful candidate will be expected to:

Requirements
Requirements
Minimum of at least 10years experience, the last five years within the Microfinance subsector. Such experience should be fairly distributed between operations, risk, and sales.
Proven knowledge and understanding of best practices in MFB operations and management.
Superb understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent people and relationship management skills
Knowledge of statutory requirements.
A very high level of commercial awareness
