The MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Experian offers recent graduates with 21 months of rotational learning, designed to attract, and develop Experian's future leaders. The selected candidates will be provided with rich learning opportunities to accelerate their understanding of Experian and prepare for leadership opportunities within our Finance Organization. Participants will gain an understanding of Experian’s global and regional strategies, as well as our diverse products and offerings and obtain broad knowledge of the consumer credit industry overall. The program will include assignments and training in various functions including Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Portfolio Management and Product Management.

This track is focused on developing future leaders for the Finance Organization at Experian.

  • 2024 MBA LDP Cohort will start their Experian Journey in July 2024

 

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA Program graduating in Spring 2024 (or Winter 2023)
  • 2-4+ years of work experience prior to or concurrent to pursuing the MBA
  • Display strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and global teams
  • Formal training/experience in project management in marketing, finance, operations, project management, strategy and/or operations 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (i.e., leading projects, clubs or through prior work experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand business metrics, customer, and market trends and strategy
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States
