The Brydon Group is a private equity firm that combines the best of private equity and small business acquisitions through Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (ETA). Brydon partners with a group of six to eight CEOs-in-Residence (CIRs) each year to source, acquire and operate small businesses.
Our Partners have 20+ years of experience in large cap private equity (Blackstone, Carlyle), multiple successful exits in software, and extensive public service backgrounds. We are passionate about helping our MBA fellows learn more about private equity and develop their abilities as both investors and operators.
This unique fellowship is perfect for an MBA student with prior consulting experience who is interested in gaining exposure to Private Equity operations and value creation.
As an MBA fellow, you'll work closely with our portfolio operations team and the CEOs of our portfolio companies to refine, analyze, and implement strategic initiatives post-acquisition and have the opportunity to tackle a value creation sprint in a particular area (e.g. growth strategy, pricing, product, etc.).
