Requirements
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Executes timely issuance of stock request to support business operational needs
- Processes stock request & transfer of stocks to other branches outside Manila
- Maintains right quantity level of supplies/materials at the right time based on approved standards and procedures
- Conducts daily update of stock cards
- Ensures stocks are arranged in an organized manner consistent with the service requirement
- Checks and corrects discrepancy in records and reports to supervising authority
- Ensures all deliveries are checked accurately against the corresponding delivery notes
- Ensures all deliveries are correctly signed for and received into the warehouse
- Conducts monthly physical stock count inventory and report, practices FIFO or LIFO for stock issuance as appropriate
- Maintains and updates daily inventory entries
- Provides updates on stock expiry dates, slow moving items, stocks with critically low inventory levels; recommends/takes actions for disposition
- Reviews and analyses stock consumption of branches for the quarterly update of minimum stock level per branch
- Ensures all required reports and returns are prepared accurately, submitted on time and in line with the business requirements, both local and regional
- Ensures timely entry of all data and upkeep of records
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received and ensure accuracy of data
- Maintains tidiness of the warehouse and orderly storage of stock at all times

- Candidate must be a graduate of Business Administration related degree.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- With experience in warehouse and inventory is an advantage
- With good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu
- Full-Time position(s) available.
