- Creating weekly order releases to suppliers.
- Checking material availability.
- Checking and revising MM parameter in the SAP system regularly.
- Monitoring allocation and OM order.
- Supervising invoices.
- Controlling additional freight.
- RTV (return to vendor process) handling.
- Analyzing ICO selling process inventory.
- Supervising ECR / PTN / LTB order release.
- Reporting monthly on block stock, EDI progress, MAT label status, CMI/VMI report, slow-moving, PVO, and additional freight.
- Reviewing supplier delivery time.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Logistics, or related degree.
- 2 years of experience in logistic-related function areas, material procurement, or buyer experience is an advantage.
- Leadership experience in material procurement.
- Product knowledge is an advantage.
- Supplier handling experience is an advantage.
